It destroys your life in pretty much every aspect. If you are not an alcoholic it can still destroy your life as well. Just because you do not drink every day does not mean it is not ruining you. I have seen it ruin families, friendships and even relationships. Hell it ruined all of them for me when I was an alcoholic. The truth is you will be better off detoxing and quitting. Once you finally quit you can get your life on tract the way it needs to be.

How Alcohol Ruins Your Body

I am sure that you are aware of the problems alcohol can cause to your body and insides. Let me just go ahead and tell you any way in case you might have forgotten. It can cause severe high blood pressure, headaches, nausea. It weakens your muscles and makes you weak. Causes soreness in your body and can lead to alcohol poisoning. Not only that but long term use can learn to problems with memory and future heart attacks. Its all pretty much bad when you think about it. There is no reason why alcohol should not be illegal.

How Alcohol Ruins Relationships

One other thing that I would like to talk about is how it ruins your relationships with not only partners but family members and closest friends. If you do not detox your body from alcohol and you continue to drink alcohol. You will most likely face a few of these problems. You may try stealing from them, without even thinking about it. You might harm somebody with either words or physically. You might black out and forget what you did. These are some of the things you need to look for in addiction that can cause you to lose some of the people you love forever.
